About Our Client:
We are collaborating with an Australian electrical services firm specializing in electrical and lighting design, catering primarily to residential and luxury properties.

Role Overview:
Our client seeks a Marketing Specialist to establish their lighting design and product division. The primary objective is to enhance brand visibility through online platforms and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage captivating content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Implement targeted email marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and engage customers.
  • Perform personal assistant tasks, including email management, quote preparation, invoicing, and appointment scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle additional administrative duties as assigned by the client.
  • Possibly oversee product management in the e-commerce store using basic WordPress skills.
  • Write and publish weekly blog posts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, particularly in social media and email marketing.
  • Proficient in content creation and caption writing.
  • Experience in basic graphic design.
  • Familiarity with tools such as AI, Canva, and other effective marketing platforms (tools can be provided by the client).
  • Preferably has customer service experience.
  • Creative with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
