Clinical Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Training Specialist to develop, maintain and implement training programs for our staff that promote high quality patient care and a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver Annual Competency training programs and assess staff compliance with National Standards.
- Create and deliver new staff induction programs, including final assessments.
- Lead the development of a training schedule up to 12 months in advance.
- Collaborate with MPC Management, Clinicians, and Quality Manager to identify staff training needs or areas of risk.
- Design tailored training programs for staff requiring specific skills and training gaps.
- Develop training for new equipment and work methods.
- Maintain ELMO online training platform content and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in clinical reviews to identify training gaps and improvements.
- Record and report staff attendance and training provided.
- Promote customer-centric culture and efficient processes.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in patient transport. A Clinical Instructor qualification is preferred, along with Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.
