Job Title: Paediatric Clinical Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is a temporary part-time opportunity offering 32 hours per fortnight. You will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and professional team who take pride in providing high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct competency-based skills assessments and bedside coaching
  • Provide mentorship for safe patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical nurse/midwifery educators, NUMs, and education and training leadership team
Key Requirements:
  • Registered nurse or midwife qualification
  • Experience in nursing or midwifery practice
  • Skill in mentoring and coaching
