This is a fantastic opportunity to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager.
You will be responsible for managing top accounts in the corporate, inbound, and MICE sectors. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop a strategic approach to acquire major business and partnership opportunities, achieving total hotel revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated sales experience in a hotel environment, with a focus on MICE. They will have a natural ability to source, develop, and manage new business leads, with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
The role involves managing proactive sales and working with the Conference and Event Sales team to drive conferencing business for the hotel. The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with key market information and trends, leveraging current and new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include developing low-producing accounts into key accounts for the hotel, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Requirements- Proven sales experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
