About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Property Sales team as a Property Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a background in property management, coordination or repairs & maintenance who is looking to progress their career.

This is a key opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property sales, working closely with stakeholders including lenders, trustees, solicitors, real estate agents, valuers and tradespersons.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of Trustee clients who are looking to dispose of or downsize in property
  • Preparing and organising sales tenders for trustee clients, including written recommendations
  • Coordinating the property preparation for sale, including liaising with real estate agents and trustee clients throughout the entire sale process (tender to settlement)
  • Assessing and providing the best property solutions for the best outcome of the property sale for the client

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in property (or related field)
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (and comfortable on the phone)
  • Great multi tasking, organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to think analytically and use initiative
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
