Business Coordination Role
About the RoleWe have an opportunity for a Business Coordinator to join our team. This role is suited to you if you have demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement combined with secretarial support at senior and executive levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Consistently delivering timely, accurate and strategic stakeholder engagement and secretarial support for a portfolio of meetings including Area Advisory Groups and a National Chairs Advisory Group.
- Understanding organisational objectives, meeting objectives and working with key stakeholders to ensure the advisory group meetings achieve these objectives is crucial.
- At times, the role will be required to provide outside standard business hours attendance, support, and coordination.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and internal departments to achieve organisation and committee objectives.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presented.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant to a Senior Executive or providing high-level stakeholder management or secretarial support in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning and preparation of board and committee meetings.
- Demonstrated understanding of governance frameworks is desirable but not essential.
- Outstanding organisational skills including an ability to multi-task and produce accurate work to deadlines.
You will have proven experience in stakeholder engagement and secretarial support, coupled with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
