Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Professional to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive and/or corporate support, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

About the Role

The Business Support Professional will be responsible for preparing and coordinating a range of business-critical documents, including reports, briefings and correspondence. They will also assist in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational support to senior leaders to achieve organisational objectives and successful projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate a range of business-critical documents, including reports, briefings and correspondence.
  • Support in developing and implementing business strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Work with the data team to undertake routine data maintenance procedures and provide analysis to identify trends and insights that inform performance improvement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in executive and/or corporate support in a health or related organisation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in utilising and supporting data, including demonstrated Excel skills or equivalent.
  • Ability to develop a range of documentation, including reports, briefings and correspondence.
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide advice and recommendations.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
