**About The Role**:
**ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)**is seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator** to join our team in Hemmant. This is more than just a maintenance role — it's your opportunity to take ownership of equipment reliability across up to 17 sites in Queensland, supporting operations that are critical to Australia's construction industry**.**

You'll work closely with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and with mínimal downtime. The role involves regular regional travel and comes with a vehicle, phone, and laptop to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule and manage preventative and reactive maintenance using our CMMS (MAINPAC)
- Coordinate internal trades, OEM technicians, and external contractors to resolve equipment issues quickly
- Supervise high-risk maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with WHS procedures
- Oversee procurement and spares management, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and delays
- Deliver hands-on support for asset installations, relocations, and upgrades
- Communicate monthly maintenance activity across the region, including team and toolbox meetings
- Lead the rollout of safety and productivity initiatives, including face-to-face training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across the network

**You'll need to have**:

- A Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a hands-on maintenance role
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar coordinating or supervisory role
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license
- The ability to self-manage and work independently
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A sound understanding of health and safety regulations with a commitment to driving safety-first behaviours

**It's also great if you have**:

- Experience with CMMS platforms, particularly MAINPAC
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Symix, GE, ARMA) and Power BI
- Experience managing contractors and supervising high-risk tasks
- A track record of delivering cost-saving initiatives in maintenance operations
