Salary

The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, you can expect attractive bonuses and access to a corporate fitness program.

Job Description

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to lead one of our industry-leading dental centres in Bondi Junction. As a Centre Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the practice, including staff management, reporting, process improvements, and sales.

You will have the opportunity to work in a modern practice with up to 3 dental chairs, enjoy free parking or public transport options, and be part of a welcoming and friendly team. Our regional manager is always on hand to provide support and guidance.

  • Full time permanent role – Monday to Friday
  • Manage all aspects of the practice, including staff, operations, and finances
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to achieve business goals
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced leader who possesses:

  • Dental or medical knowledge/experience (though not essential)
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Effective people management skills, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and recruitment
  • Sound business acumen and commercial awareness, with experience in working to targets, KPIs, and rostering
