Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our workplace services, including facilities management, guest services, and hospitality events.
  • Collaborate with our Real Estate and Workplace Services team to develop and implement workplace services programs that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our vendors and contractors to ensure that our workplace services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a collaborative and effective working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite applications and other relevant software.
