We are seeking an experienced UX professional to lead the design process, translate complex business requirements into user-centric solutions and collaborate closely with developers and product teams.
Responsibilities:- End-to-end UX design process including discovery, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Translate business requirements into thoughtful and scalable user journeys.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and interpret feedback to guide design decisions.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is carried through to build.
- Owning the design system and helping build consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms.
- Create artefacts like user flows, journey maps and interaction models to communicate ideas clearly.
- Championing a design thinking approach and user-first mindset across the organisation.
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI with a strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final designs.
- Proficiency in Figma or equivalent, usability tools and modern design systems.
- Able to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to confidently present ideas to cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Bonus: Experience working in Agile teams and/or fintech environments.
