In this role you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic drive towards a world-class end-user experience.
With over 250 local users, the support function and the user base require a local team leader to provide leadership and a local escalation point for the Practice Group leadership team.
This role is key to enabling global working, process improvement and alignment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:5-6 years demonstrated IT experience Strong emphasis on effective IT operations and customer satisfaction Collaborative team leader with experience working multiple teams or global teams Skilled in problem solving and decision making Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure Broad technical expertise in ITExcellent knowledge of IT products and solutions What you can expect from us: We're a world leading international law firm with a global team of over 6,000 professionals across 26 offices.
