Senior Product Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating prototypes to test and iterate on solutions with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user problems and the ability to make informed decisions. They will also have experience in defining and creating design artefacts, including user journeys, screen workflows, and UX analysis.

  • Forming deep understanding of user problems
  • Defining and creating design artefacts
  • Illustrating user journeys and information architecture
  • Working embedded in cross-functional product development teams
  • Aligning teams to customer and business priorities

Leadership and People Management Opportunities:

As our Design practice grows, there may be future opportunities for team leadership and management roles. Candidates with experience or aspirations in this area are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer for 6+ years
  • 1+ year team leadership / management experience preferred
  • Technology and/or health industry experience highly desirable
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tools is highly desirable
