UX Strategy Lead

At our organization, we're a team of experts dedicated to enhancing user experience, website performance, and increasing business profits for clients.

We've been around since 2014 and have completed numerous A/B tests and full-scale conversion rate optimization programs. Our portfolio includes partnerships with prominent brands like Nespresso, Xero, and Cochlear.

As a UX Strategy Lead, your main focus will be building relationships, analyzing data, thinking up solutions, communicating, collaborating, influencing, and executing A/B tests to achieve clients' website performance goals.

You'll work across various industries, each with unique challenges, so critical thinking, process adherence, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
