Job Title: Business Analyst - User Experience

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - User Experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders to capture business requirements and provide input into existing and new solution functionality to maximise the user experience, solution efficiencies and cost effectiveness of workforce management processes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve user experience and workflow efficiency.\
• Lead the analysis of business, user and system requirements and provide advice on the application of integrated workforce management solutions to optimise local and enterprise-wide business outputs.\
• Conduct and supervise the analysis of existing business processes, and future business processes, within the context of the integrated workforce management solutions.\
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure that business needs are understood and met.\
• Provide expert advice on business process improvements and recommend solutions to meet business needs.\
• Contribute to the development of business cases and recommendations for investment in new or enhanced solutions.\
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements to business processes and systems.\
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of business process improvements.\
• Identify and assess training needs and develop plans to address these gaps.\
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to inform business process improvement initiatives.\
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure understanding and buy-in of business process improvements.\
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations.\
• Perform other related duties as required.\
• Assist in the development of business reports, proposals and presentations to communicate business process improvements to stakeholders.\
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff members.\
• Contribute to the development of business process documentation and guidelines.\
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and operations.\
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop technology solutions to support business process improvements.\
• Support the implementation of new or changed business processes through training and coaching.\
• Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, systems and technologies.\
• Stay current with industry trends and developments.\
• Adhere to organisational policies and procedures.\
• Perform other related duties as required.
