Job Description

We are seeking two experienced and dedicated Project Directors to lead our complex projects from inception to completion. As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

About the Role
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring project goals, scope, budget, and timeline are met.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to the executive team and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct Steering Group meetings to ensure informed decisions are made regarding the progress, options, and direction of the project.
  • Implement best practice in project management, including project governance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
About You
  • Significant experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills, being able to bring parties together to collaborate, get consensus on key decisions, and ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional project teams.
