Change Transition Specialist


Job Description

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving change transition, activities (ie analysis, engagement, communications, learning, adoption tracking) for change initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to facilitate and deliver change management expertise in support of project portfolios.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver change management solutions in line with business objectives.
  • Liaise at all levels across the organisation to analyse and develop effective change management strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a broader organisational change capability uplift.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Risk transformation program experience highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
