Job Description

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and technical service support for customers within their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve increased sales, revenue growth, and business expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with allocated customers through regular liaison and communication.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to monitor customer requirements and changes in attitude.
  • Lead and mentor technical team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and develop key customer contacts to promote new opportunities for growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers to continually add value to their business and recognize the implications of our actions on profitability.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on our product range.
  • Ensure that company products meet customer expectations and perform to satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular product testing, including installation, component, pull, and tension tests.
  • Develop business plans and budgets for allocated customers to drive growth and profitability.
  • Recognize and encourage new product development opportunities to stay ahead of customer demands.
