Job Overview

The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, creating bespoke waste management solutions that meet complex technical requirements.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive contract maintenance.
  • Manage the entire tender process from inception to closure.
  • Develop and execute robust business development strategies to drive new revenue streams.
  • Promote our company's commitment to sustainable waste management practices across new markets to support growth initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Cleanaway business units to ensure Liquid Technical Services solutions are accessible to all large-scale projects.
  • Provide regular reporting on financial and sales performance.

About You:

  • You will possess exceptional B2B relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful business pipelines.
  • Experience and comfort level in understanding technical details, as well as a willingness to learn about hazardous waste treatment.
  • Effective commercial acumen, solid negotiating and influencing skills.
  • A collaborative communication style, with an outstanding new business/sales track record.
  • Previous experience in chemical or allied industries, such as transport, oil, and gas.
  • The ability to work independently, be well-organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

  • Drive our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas.
  • Network between business units to ensure Liquid Technical Services solutions are available to all large projects.
