Job Title: Proactive Services Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven services team lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to ensure that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to complete cleaning and trolley collection tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coach and train team members in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Create rosters to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered, ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with store leadership teams to identify challenges and areas of opportunity, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Develop succession plans to increase team productivity and satisfaction, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage time and attendance activities for team members, maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational policies.
  • Order consumables and maintain budgets, exercising fiscal responsibility and prudence.

  • Valid full Australian driver's license, enabling safe and efficient transportation.
