We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of EL1 Case Management Support in our dynamic office.

Job Overview:

This role is characterized by its authority and responsibility to address issues and risks across various functions. You will provide leadership, planning, control, and decision-making for the team's members and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage case management support functions to ensure compliance with statutory timeframes and measures.
  • Lead strategic projects and contribute to policy development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefs and handle complaints.
  • Contribute to report creation, business cases, meeting submissions, and correspondence.
  • Lead and support Case Management Support staff through mentorship, supervision, training, and guidance.
