We are seeking an experienced Administration Leader/Office Manager to support our residential aged care facility.
This is a great opportunity for an administrator looking to advance their career, or a health/community professional seeking a role with administrative responsibilities. You will have the chance to engage with the residents and make a positive impact on someone's day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including reception and switchboard duties, inbox coordination, and management of customer requests in our CRM system
- Conduct orientation tours when necessary
- Assist with activities related to staff recruitment, onboarding, and rostering
- Schedule meetings and arrange conferences, training sessions, and site events
- Develop internal communication protocols
- Manage records, data entry, and reporting through systems and electronic records
- Support the compilation of information for monthly KPI reports
- Oversee the work of the Administration Assistant
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Able to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Interest in working with older adults and demonstrating empathy and kindness towards them
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Desirable: experience in staff rostering and general payroll-related inquiries
- Desirable: formal administrative qualification or study in a relevant field
- The annual flu vaccination is a requirement
