As Senior Liaison Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing partnerships, governance, and strategic operations across Council managed spaces, making a lasting impact where it matters most.

We're looking for someone with a positive mindset, who thrives in a team environment, takes initiative, and is ready to step up to challenges with confidence and creativity.

You will make an impact by Leading and mentoring Connected Communities Liaison Officers (2) to deliver exceptional service.

Strengthening partnerships with facility stakeholders to improve access and outcomes.

Overseeing governance and compliance across community assets.

Driving strategic planning and budget management for Halls & Hubs.

Collaborating across Council teams to ensure safe, effective facility operations.

You'll also be required to work from our Officer Civic Centre location when needed to support team and operational needs.

What You Will Bring Proven experience in community engagement, stakeholder management or facility governance.

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Strategic thinking and budget management skills.

Knowledge of hire agreements, leases, and licensing processes.

Familiarity with software systems.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to attend after-hours meetings and events as required.
