Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Discovery: Engage actively in sales calls and discovery sessions, articulating technical solutions that align with customer needs.
  2. Solution Design & Analysis: Collaborate with customers to dissect manufacturing processes, identify operational hurdles, and understand business objectives.
  3. Technical Expertise & Configuration: Configure, program, and integrate automation components ensuring seamless functionality.
  4. Demonstration & Troubleshooting: Develop compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations and resolve complex technical issues during the sales process.
  5. Content Development & Relationship Building: Create technical presentations, analyses, and reports to bolster sales and deepen customer understanding.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends and provide market feedback to enhance offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience in an Automation Engineer or Control Systems Engineer role within industrial environments.
  • Proficient understanding of industrial automation architectures and networking concepts.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, especially in fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
