Industrial Automation Solutions Specialist

A leader in industrial automation seeks to hire an expert who can create innovative solutions for demanding clients. The ideal candidate will be a natural engineer with tertiary qualifications in engineering and proven success in leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex projects, overseeing the full project life cycle of PLC and control systems design, development, implementation, and commissioning onsite.
- Coach and mentor engineers to achieve their best work.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of control systems processes.
The successful candidate should have:
- 5+ years of experience in complex industrial automation solutions, preferably in materials handling such as parcel sortation, conveyor systems, etc.
- Design skills for complex control systems architectures and specifications.
- Development expertise in programming languages, standards, and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
