Job Opportunity

Tactical Ag Sales Operations Manager role involves leading the operational and sales functions of an agricultural rental and procurement business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee product management, procurement, sales operations, and administration for a high-performing agricultural rental unit
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and customers

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
