Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust operational risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safeguard the organization's operations and assets.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to support business objectives and ensure the organization's continued growth and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational risks, and develop and implement controls to mitigate these risks.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on operational risk management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including CPS 230.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
