About the Role

Elevate support care is a dedicated team providing NDIS services. We seek a passionate and motivated Accommodation Team Leader to join our organization.

This role is an ongoing permanent full-time position responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing staff and participants in the team.

The successful candidate will supervise and lead residential support workers in delivering high-quality service, achieving positive client outcomes based on best practice principles. They will also perform the role as a Support Worker and possess strong administration skills.

The Team Leader has a set amount of administration time and rostered shifts. The role involves liaising with Assistant Team Leaders, fellow staff members, managers, families, program providers, community groups, and other interested parties regarding client-related and service delivery issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of residential support workers in delivering high-quality service
  • Mentor and manage staff in the team
  • Liaise with stakeholders to address client-related and service delivery issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Residential Support Worker
  • Experience in leadership and supporting a team
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and support staff
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and empowering people with a disability
