Investment Performance Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Investment Performance Analysis team.

This role contributes directly to the investment process by delivering accurate, insightful performance analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex performance challenges and enhancing attribution models.

In addition, you will play a key role in mentoring and developing fellow analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and develop other analysts in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting investment performance.
  • Deliver and oversee delivery of accurate performance analysis, reports, and technical requests.
  • Research and resolve complex performance issues.
  • Develop and lead solutions to complex performance and attribution modeling and process improvements.
  • Develop insightful analysis and commentary to support Product Management and Distribution.
  • Partner with Risk Management Group to ensure an efficient and consistent performance and attribution process.
  • Provision of Investment Performance expertise to internal and external clients in projects, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Reviews calculation methodologies and researches updates as required.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
