Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to join our Investment Performance Analysis & Attribution team in Melbourne. In this role, you will contribute directly to the investment process by delivering accurate, insightful performance analysis to the Investment Management Group (IMG). You will be responsible for resolving complex performance challenges, enhancing attribution models, and driving continuous improvement in performance attribution processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They should have a solid understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, as well as experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

As a Performance Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain attribution models, conduct research on emerging trends and technologies, and provide insights to support business decisions. Your expertise will be essential in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Financial Services role
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) or CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) qualified candidates preferred.
