Financial Performance Specialist Position

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our Investment Performance Analysis & Attribution team, leveraging their expertise to drive exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and develop the skills of junior analysts, ensuring they possess the necessary tools to measure and analyze investment performance effectively.
  2. Deliver high-quality performance analysis, reports, and technical requests, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Rigorously research and resolve complex performance-related issues, providing insightful solutions.
  4. Develop innovative approaches for performance and attribution modeling, contributing significantly to process improvements.
  5. Foster collaboration with Product Management and Distribution teams, offering valuable analysis and commentary to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Work closely with Risk Management and Fund Financial Services to optimize performance and attribution processes, ensuring seamless execution.
  7. Present expert insights on investment performance in various forums, including projects, presentations, and client meetings.
  8. Evaluate and refine calculation methodologies as required, guaranteeing adaptability and excellence.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a financial services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; a background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
  • A strong preference for CIPM or CFA certification.
