Job DescriptionA trading workflow specialist is required to work within our product team and bring industry best practices in trading workflows and lifecycle management. The role involves understanding of complex financial instruments, analysing current systems, and designing components for future solutions.
This includes applying detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist in product development, researching and producing business and technical requirement documents, and working directly with customers and the product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Expertise in execution workflows across Asia Pacific markets in one or more asset classes: Equity and Listed Derivatives, Fixed Income, FX.
- Front-to-back experience from trade capture to execution and lifecycle events.
- Business and system analysis and maintenance experience including triage of issues and design of solutions for development teams.
- Ability to work closely with developers to provide business insights and document system requirements and functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
