Workflow Consultant

As a seasoned workflow consultant, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to articulate the value proposition of our solutions, conduct in-depth discovery sessions, and create compelling solution demonstrations. Your expertise in workflow management solutions will enable you to design, demonstrate, and implement high-impact solutions that address clients' unique needs and maximize their return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate the value and benefits of our workflow solutions, focusing on workflow best practices and business workflows.
  • Support sales teams with complex scoping requirements, presenting the value of our solutions and professional services offerings.
  • Develop custom demos and solution deployment packages tailored to the specific needs and requirements of clients, showcasing the full potential of our workflow solutions within their unique business contexts.
  • Conduct technical workshops and educational sessions both internally with team members and externally with customers and partners, demonstrating deep knowledge of our workflow capabilities.
  • Drive end-to-end customer onboarding, including discovery, design, configuration, rollout, and adoption monitoring for these engagements, with a particular emphasis on workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal cross-functional organizations such as sales, marketing, product, etc., to enhance team effectiveness and competitive differentiation in workflow management solutions.
  • Lead individual customer engagements and participate in or lead larger global customer rollouts, with a focus on implementing our Solution Deployment Packages.
  • Track and maintain accurate client records and key milestones using our workflow tools and other systems, ensuring alignment with our workflow best practices.
  • Manage successful completion of customer engagements while achieving critical success metrics, with a particular focus on time-to-value for implemented workflows.
  • Advocate for clients and assist in prioritizing new product features, especially those related to enhancing our core business workflows.
  • Collaborate with our Product team and other internal stakeholders to identify short-term solutions to issues/requests and influence our workflow roadmap for improvements.
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs before and after professional services engagements by working closely with internal cross-functional teams, with a focus on long-term workflow adoption and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer, with experience in workflow management solutions.
  • 5+ years in project management, consulting, and customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS environments.
  • Formal certifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, Prince 2, Lean, etc.).
  • Extensive customer-facing experience, performing presentations and handling objections related to workflow implementations.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discovery sessions, client meetings, and outcomes-focused objectives for workflow optimization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with occasional competing priorities, maintaining focus on workflow best practices.
  • Ability to quickly understand customers' complex processes and needs, assisting them in defining clear goals for successful implementation of our workflow solutions.
