Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the delivery of engaging and impactful learning experiences across our organization.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training programs and events for employees, ensuring smooth logistics and accurate records.
  • Schedule and communicate with internal and external facilitators to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • Maintain learning records and assist with compliance tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with employees and managers regarding development opportunities, providing excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the production and distribution of learning materials and evaluation forms.
  • Support the update and management of content on our Learning Management System.
  • Deliver onboarding and induction processes, including mandatory training.


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or learning support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
