The Reservations Manager/Revenue Analyst plays a vital role in driving commercial results, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role oversees a team responsible for managing FIT and Group accommodation, restaurant, and bar enquiries, as well as supporting the hotel's revenue and service goals.

This position requires strong analytical skills, with a focus on maximizing inventory and revenue across all areas of the hotel, including accommodation rooms, conferencing space, food and beverage outlets, and channel management. The successful candidate will also lead cross-functional decision making, leveraging data insights to drive strategic initiatives and achieve superior performance compared to competitors.

**Key Requirements**

  • At least 3 years of experience in Front Office or Reservations, with at least 12 months of demonstrated leadership experience
  • Understanding of Yield Management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in a Reservations/Yield Management environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence with data-driven insights
  • Strong knowledge of Central Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems
  • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
