**Company Overview**: Pavilions at Lenswood offers luxury accommodation in the Adelaide Hills, featuring six individual self-contained villa-style pavilions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a boutique setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services Management**: Oversee all aspects of guest services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. This includes handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing any issues that arise during their stay.
- **Staff Supervision and Training**: Lead and manage the housekeeping and support staff, ensuring they meet the high standards expected by our guests. This includes training new employees, scheduling shifts, and maintaining a cohesive and motivated team.
- **Operational Oversight**: Ensure the smooth operation of the accommodation facilities. This includes overseeing the presentation and cleanliness of the pavilions, coordinating with external contractors for maintenance, and managing inventory and supplies.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. Actively seek and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the owners to enhance the overall guest experience.
- **Administrative Management**: Maintain accurate records, manage budgets, and handle administrative duties related to guest services. This includes supplies, managing stock control, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and reporting to owners on operational performance and financials.
- **Promotion**: Assist in social media and other marketing channels to promote the pavilions and attract new guests. Provide marketing ideas to highlight the unique features and benefits of staying at Pavilions at Lenswood.
- Has experience in a boutique establishment rather than a multi-chain hotel group.
- Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Is proficient in using booking and roster systems.
- Has experience with social media to effectively promote the pavilions.
- Shows a strong desire to showcase the pavilions at their best and to collectively provide the best service possible.

**Benefits**:

- Starting salary of $65,900 plus 11.5% superannuation.
- 5-day workweek (Wednesday to Sunday).
- 4 weeks paid annual leave and 10 days sick leave per annum.
- Annual employment review.
