We are seeking an experienced and sales-driven Sales and Account Development Manager to join our Sales team in NSW. This role will be responsible for driving sales for our product in the domestic channel in the Hunter, New England and North Coast regions.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing effective relationships with our current dealers, as well as seeking and developing new accounts to add to our dealer portfolio.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - Domestic, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage existing portfolio of dealers, domestic customers, and trade accounts by maintaining strong long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
- Analyse market activity and trends to develop sales plans that target opportunities for sales growth in the region.
- Provide dealers with up-to-date product information and marketing promotions to maximise sales.
- Manage individual sales budgets to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure all dealer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
To be successful in this role, it would be desirable to have:
- A proven track record in sales and managing large accounts.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to develop solid knowledge of the customer base, in-store sales, customer capability, target markets, and the dynamics of each customer.
- A firm understanding of market dynamics and competitors.
