Job Description

Majestic Care specializes in NDIS services, providing support coordination, recovery coaching, and plan management to help individuals with disabilities achieve independence and improve their quality of life. We are committed to optimizing the standards of people with disability following NDIS code of conduct.

Our organization takes a person-centric approach to delivering our services. Our Western Sydney team is growing, and we are seeking a Support Coordinator to join us on a full-time basis.

As a Support Coordinator, you will manage your schedule to suit your needs. Working hours and location are flexible, allowing you to choose and control your caseload without pressure. You will be rewarded for your effort and output.

About You:

  • Experience in providing NDIS support coordination services
  • Ability to follow guidelines ensuring compliance with legislation and NDIS rules
  • Good computer literacy, time management, and sound administration skills to maintain accurate records and written reports
  • Extensive knowledge of the NDIA and its importance to people with a disability and their support networks
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining effective links with service providers
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS systems and practices
  • Experience in engaging with staff and Local Area Coordinators (LACs)
  • Experience in assisting participants and families to prepare for plan reviews
  • Supporting participants to build their capacity around understanding their plan, developing, and implementing it

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Knowledge of legislation and NDIS rules
  • Experience in engaging with stakeholders and ability to adapt
  • Qualifications in Community Services, Psychology, Disability, or similar fields
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working With Children's Check
  • Australian Driver's License
  • National Police Check
