Real Estate Acquisition Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading real estate acquisition efforts in Australia. This includes managing a team and overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle from initial sourcing to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management and oversight of direct Real Estate transactions and asset management in Australia.
  • Leading on the full transaction life-cycle that includes sourcing acquisitions, underwriting and evaluating the acquisition, negotiating the agreement, coordinating the due diligence process and responsibility for closing.
  • Executing all capital market activity as it relates to financing of assets in accordance with Portfolio Manager requirements.
  • Executing property dispositions in line with guidance from Portfolio Managers.
