Australia Head of Real Estate Transactions/Acquisitions

The Role:

Lead our direct Real Estate team in Australia, responsible for origination, acquisition, asset management and disposition of Real Estate assets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing acquisitions and evaluating their potential
  • Leading on transaction life-cycle including negotiating agreements and coordinating due diligence
  • Executing capital market activity and property dispositions
  • Driving strategy and execution of Australian investment opportunities

Requirements:

Extensive Experience: The role requires extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, preferably from institutional Asset Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Real Estate development.

Track Record: You should have a demonstrable track record of sourcing and closing Australian Real Estate transactions across Commercial and/or Residential assets.
