There are currently three vacancies within the company:

Account Broker

This role is suitable for a Tier 2 qualified professional with some experience in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will work closely with senior brokers, handle mid-sized accounts, and perform basic administration and processing duties. Ongoing training will be provided to develop skills and progress to an Account Executive role.

Salary: $70K-$80K plus super and additional benefits.

Account Executive

This role is suitable for a Tier 1 qualified Account Executive with around 3 years of insurance broking experience. The successful candidate will work closely with an Account Manager or Director, offering high-level broking support, advising clients, and handling new business placements and re-marketing of renewals.

Salary: $90K-$110K.

Account Manager

This role is suitable for an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in insurance, a good understanding of products, and a network within the insurance underwriting market. The successful candidate will have a tailored portfolio created to their strengths, be responsible for high-level broking negotiations, and leverage existing clients for new business leads.

Salary: $140K-$160K plus benefits.
