
Administrative Coordinator Position

Job Overview
\The Administration Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of Medical Panels operations and providing essential support to key stakeholders.
\Key Accountabilities:
\- Communicate with and support Panel Members and stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of decision documents within statutory timeframes.\
- Provide quality control of decision documents, including formatting, grammar checking and minor editorial work.\
- Coordinate the timely release of Medical Panel opinions/determinations in line with legislation.\
- Provide front-end IT support for Panel Members, including secure ID tokens and system access.\
- Assist in training Panel Members on administrative procedures and use of internal IT systems.\
- Offer primary administrative support to the Legal Manager and Advisors.\
- Support other team members with administration duties when needed.

\Applicants should have demonstrated skills and experience in:
\- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel) and other office systems/databases.\
- Managing digital files in a complex environment.\
- Administration experience ideally within a medical, legal or personal injury management setting.\
- Strong written and oral communication and experience reviewing complex technical, legal or medical documents.\
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and preparing documentation.
