Senior Industrial Relations Specialist

About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled industrial relations professional to provide strategic advisory and support services to stakeholders across the department.
- Manage emergent industrial matters, lead and manage key projects, and play a lead role in award maintenance and enterprise bargaining processes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients, vendors, and staff.
- Identify and respond to new and emerging human resource and industrial relations issues.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in enterprise bargaining processes including day-to-day negotiations and conciliation or arbitration hearings.
- High-level skills in dispute management and resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of Queensland Industrial Relations Commission rules and procedures.
