About the Role

The Industrial Relations Coordinator will be an integral member of a close-knit team, working collaboratively to enhance the efficiency of the industrial landscape within the organisation.

This role involves data-driven activities, where you will work closely with key stakeholders to interpret, critically analyse and present solutions aligned with industrial relations instruments and core deliverables. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating operational aspects, including drafting letters, developing communication resources, minutes and meeting management.
  • Collating data and executing reporting requirements for senior leaders.
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures while mitigating identified risks.
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure trust and whole-business alignment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the operational function in drafting correspondence, developing and circulating communication materials, minutes and meeting coordination.
  • Preparing and distributing data reports to senior leaders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.

You will have:

  • Experience in Human Resources generalist or Industrial Relations, preferably with supporting qualifications.
  • A solid understanding and proven implementation of industrial relations instruments in complex environments.
  • Advanced critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritise tasks independently and as part of a high-performing team.
