Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to oversee maintenance schedules and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating planned maintenance activities to meet weekly and daily targets
  • Providing feedback on quality of work and leadership to shift trades
  • Driving a culture of identifying faults and correcting them before they become downtime
  • Managing and raising breakdown work orders
  • Reallocating labour and equipment as required to maximise safety and production
  • Reacting to and controlling breakdowns
  • Driving the process delay escalation procedure
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience working in Outbye, Development or Longwall operations
  • Demonstrated history of working safely
  • Commitment to achieving business goals and outcomes
  • High-level reasoning ability and problem-solving skills
