We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our dedicated team at Central Coast Local Health District. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and make a real difference in the provision of healthcare services to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative services and support to the Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) team.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to complete tasks within defined timeframes and manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
- Interpret and apply policy, procedures, legislation, and processes to achieve workflow outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative services and excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks within defined timeframes and a proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
- Proven previous experience in interpreting and applying policy, procedures, legislation, and processes to achieve workflow outcomes.
- Work for the largest employer on the Central Coast.
