As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for increasing our organisational virtual test capability, reducing the time it takes to design-develop a product to market. You will work closely with other key functions within the business, such as Operations, Manufacturing, and Product Development, to educate, mentor, and coach teams on new techniques and testing methods.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying fundamental and critical principles/practices of a senior manager, owning processes and driving functional strategy and support larger strategic goals.
  • Directing two or more engineering managers, directing planning, design, implementation, communication, and administration of engineering programs, products, and processes regionally or globally.
  • Playing a key leadership role in designing regional or strategic programs, defining deliverables, schedule, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification, extensive experience across testing, development, and virtual testing methodologies, strong knowledge in running relevant test centres globally, and experience in manufacturing methodologies.

Chartered status or professional engineering equivalent is desirable. In return for your expertise, we offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
