About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Wireless Technology Lead who can drive the creation of comprehensive test strategies and plans, oversee software regression and hardware design validation testing, and ensure the team meets performance, coverage, and range comparison targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the applications engineering test team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
  • Oversee software regression and hardware design validation testing.
  • Ensure the team meets performance, coverage, and range comparison targets.
  • Drive the creation of detailed test reports and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams.
  • Manage the debugging process for complex issues.
  • Maintain and enhance the infrastructure required for extensive testing and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in applications engineering and testing with wireless communication technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
