Role Overview

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Keilor North. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, onsite technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Work within a dedicated sub-team to own our client's end-user onboarding experience.
  • Ensure all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter.
  • Refine, update, and improve processes in line with customers' changing needs.
  • Work with a range of technologies, including Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions, and more.
