About the Role

The Horticulture Site Supervisor will lead a team to deliver top-quality maintenance outcomes at prestigious horticultural sites. This involves managing daily operations, supervising tools, and ensuring high standards are met.

Key responsibilities include planning seasonal planting displays, maintaining irrigation systems, promoting safety, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations to high standards
  • Lead and support a team to deliver quality maintenance outcomes
  • Operate and supervise various horticultural tools
  • Plan and deliver seasonal planting displays and soft scaping enhancements
  • Maintain and repair irrigation systems for efficient water management
  • Promote safety by leading pre-starts and ensuring compliance
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
  • Driver's licence
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
